To create momentum towards a positive impact transformation at HSG, we need new participatory infrastructures to develop our individual and shared capacities for collaboration and taking effective action. The Positive Impact Collaboration aims to break down silos between organizational boundaries and stakeholder groups to become aware of and learn from each other, to scale existing positive impact and design new collaborative action.

A core process encompasses four meetings a year that always have the same structure. Additional thematic groups are mostly self-organized but linked to the core process. We are committed to documenting the knowledge created in the core meetings and thematic groups in a structured and accessible way for all members of the HSG ecosystem.
